For the Love of First Harvest Tasting!
We had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate our couples getting married this Spring. With the smell of rain in the air, the tasting started in our beautiful Farmstead …. Music from Terra Vista Strings welcomed each guest and the flavorful appetizers slowly made their way across the space. Our guests explored their creativity by building a speciality shrub (note: a shrub is sparkling water with assorted garnishes, spring harvest shrubs with sweetened vinegar syrup infused with fruits + herbs)… That’s right…Oh – My – Yum.
As the evening progressed we made our way to a seated dinner inspired by our Executive Chef Jessie Ximenes. The tables were filled with fresh breads, colorful salad, fire roasted chicken, spiraled pork tenderloin, and fire roasted carrots and turnips.
And lastly… leave it to our brilliant Pastry Chef, Sara to end the evening with Boston Cream Cupcakes, Spumoni Cake, Pink Lemonade French Macaroons and a beautiful cheesecake.
We are grateful for this experience we had with all the couples + staff that helped make the First Harvest Tasting incredible!
